A very big thank you from the many thousands of people who attended the funeral, that donated money to the College ($5500.00) and the International Diabetes Institute ( from July 1 to July 30, $9783.25), which is so very dear to our hearts, with Father, his Mother and his Grandson Nicholas with Diabetes.

Father Nicholas Moutafis (1931 - 2001)
The Father We All Knew & Loved

You were and are for all of us one of God's greatest blessings. With your love, you taught us all to love God and His Holy Church, guiding us along the path to Salvation.

You took what was special in each of us and helped it grow and blossom. All of our lives, no matter what problems and heartaches came along, you, with God's grace, were the calm in the storms of our lives. Nothing was insurmountable for you because God was and is your strength and joy.

We will be eternally indebted to you and to God for the people we have become and are becoming. You have not left a gap in our lives, rather, you have filled it with your love, kindness and the smile you always had on your face and in your eyes. A part of you will live in each of us always.

We are at peace knowing that you are with God - like you have always been - and that you will continue to pray for us all, as we will for you.

Your loving Presvytera Evangelia and family.
